How to enrol?

PLEASE NOTE:  Due to changes in the way that we are required to collect information it is no longer possible to offer postal enrolment.  All learners will be required to produce their documents in person at the first lesson. Learners who do not produce their documentation on the first lesson will not be allowed into the class.

1.  Choose your course and make a note of your course code

2.  Course code has an IAG Symbol - Initial Advice and Guidance (IAG) required.

3.  Course Code has no IAG Symbol

Call our Student Services Team on 01708 434955 to complete your application form and find out what you need to bring with you when you come in to complete the enrolment process.
In Person
No appointment necessary but please check our opening hours before coming along.  You will be able to enrol at our Bower Park or Brittons Centres.
4. For all courses you will need:

A. Completed Enrolment Form - This can be completed in the centre or over the phone.

B. Payment - Cash*, cheque, credit**/debit card
* Cash payments can be made at our Bower Park or Brittons Centres
** Credit Card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge on all bookings

C. Evidence of ID
You will need to produce photo ID and proof of address - see below for examples:
Photo ID - This must bear your photo and your name.
Current passport, Current Photo Driving Licence, Workplace Photo ID Card, Freedom Pass, Travel Card ID
Proof of Address - Must be dated and no more than 6 months old at time of enrolment. 
Council Tax Bill, Utility Bill, Mobile Phone Bill, Bank/Building Society Statement 

D.  Proof of eligibility to receive remitted, concessionary or 60+ concessionary fees.
See below for examples:
Letter from Department for Work and Pensions, Pension Service, Job Centre Plus or local authority confirming rights to benefits, Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit, Working Tax Credit, Income Support, Pension Guarantee (savings credit only is not eligible), unwaged dependent of someone in receipt of the above, Asylum Seeeking claiming Asylum Support Assistance.

Note:  Evidence must be no more than 6 months old at the time of enrolment.

Enrolment Times (excluding Bank Holidays)

Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 9:00pm (excludes Wednesday evening at Brittons Centre)

Friday 9:00am - 3:30pm Places are limited so enrol early to avoid disappointment.
